My Mum visited the store and bought various items to furnish her new flat. Very reasonably priced. One delivery charge of £18 for 9 pieces of furniture! The delivery drivers phoned when 15 minutes away and were friendly and put all the furniture in the rooms where my Mum wanted it. Highly recommended and will definitely visit the store again and buy items when I need them

Excellent quality wooden furniture from a charity. Some of the pieces we purchased would easily cost thousands elsewhere, yet they were very reasonably priced and exceptionally well made — nothing flimsy or cheaply finished. The staff were also extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful charity shop! The staff are very polite and friendly! There organisation helps people who need a helping hand with the basics like bedding, kettles and without this shop helping more people would struggle to survive today's pressures!!

Very handy if one is having a good clear out of still covetable stuff one can't comfortably sell on. On the flip side of the coin it's always interesting to browse in the shop as well. Overall, an excellent charity/recycling facility with good free parking space. Currently a goldmine for vintage electronic appliances (many of which are minus operating manuals and re-serial numbered in permanent 'PAT TEST' purple scrawl) - but who is bothered at terrific prices/3month guarantees? THANKS! I implore people to go and have a look at this reuse facility: there are serious deals to be had if you care to be responsibly green in your lifestyle.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Saw want I wanted when searching on Gumtree, then followed to the website, saw how close it was to me and went down and had a look. Bought it there and then, delivered the next day by 10am. Wonderful experience. Everyone I dealt with was super pleasant and helpful and the added bonus that I'm donating to a worthy cause at the same time. Will 100% use again.

Hopeworx, together with its' Partners Lighthouse (Brentwood) and Epping Re-Use, provide a much needed and extremely valuable resource for those on a small budget. I shop here quite regularly, there's always something that takes my fancy or an item that I can "upscale", it's just great, and I think every town should have a facility/outlet like this!

Hopeworx Reuse Centre is just great! The quality of the goods is excellent and anything electronic is tested before sale and carries a guarantee. From the smallest household items to furnishing complete rooms..... I've always found things I want/need in Hopeworx. Because they are a charity, they give additional discount to low income families and individuals and go out of their way to help everyone who goes there. They also deliver and collect items, which is great as well! The staff are helpful and always seem to know where to find what you're looking for. I recommend that you try them out!
